I love the book Leadership and Self Deception... Coming in with a heart at peace changes how we see everything. It's worth getting there.

Well I didn't actually accuse him. I asked to be told that that wasn't the case. Yes, that's what I thought, but I didn't accuse. But now that he responded by blocking, its evident that that was the case.
