Woke up this morning to my computer being out of hard drive space. Deleted a bunch of files and cleaned all the caches and got it under 90%. Drove to work and it was full again. Deleted all my remaining docker stuff and it wasn't helping. Turns out update notifier was notifying several hundred times a second. Cleared 276GB syslog and restarted.

Now I'm all good, but I have to rebuild all the services I tore down in panic.
