There’s no specific historical interaction except (circa) Dec. 15, 2023, but did @saylor follow $AMZN early success using convertible debt (late 1990s/early 2000s) as inspiration for $MSTR ? I believe its origins stem from Amazon success. Thoughts? @saylor next pod explain :)
