super stoked today

just received a lil PCIe card that gives me 2 10Gbit USB-C sockets

tested, and my also fairly new USB-C NVMe adapter makes my former Tb drive that was my daily driver read at ~800Mb/s and write at around 550Mb/s

this morning also arrived a random amazon delivery of a 4Tb NVMe that i meant to replace my system drive and yes it's already in place and already synced over from my previous, so now i have fast USB and big fat system storage

should have done this ages ago, the prices have gone up nasty
