CNN just spent five minutes reporting on Trump's 2024 revenge tour as if it's the worst thing that could possibly happen but instead sold me so hard:
"It's looking more autocratic than democratic. More vengeance than governance.
1- Revenge. This includes Biden and many of his own former officials. It's something Trump admits out loud. Reminder: He floated the death penalty.
2- He's planning to purge the government of employees, to install his own loyalists. 50 thousand workers could lose protections. He said that part out loud as well.
3- He wants to consolidate Presidential power. He could also refuse to spend money the way that congress intended.
4-Travel bans for a wide swath of people.
5- Ideological tests for anyone trying to enter the United States.
6- He is vowing a historic removal (of illegal immigrants).
7- Trump threatening to protect children from crossing the border.
8- He will pardon many of those convicted in January 6th "attack"
9- He will use the military to squash protests
10- He will remove us from NATO
His vision: One that includes retribution at the heart of it."
Anyone got a problem with any of this?
