I agree that v4v is the place to start.

In my opinion it would be a place for aspiring voice actors to get their feet wet.

Read some of the classics in public domain, practice their recordings, use the portfolio to get paid gigs.

And the sats flow could be a good representation of which of their pieces show promise and should be included in the portfolio.

Additionally I can see professionals opening some of the content that they would like to see in greater circulation.

Maybe someone is a fan of Sherlock Holmes or War or the Worlds. They read the classics and this they are added to the collection.

Obviously over time the best recordings would prevail. Perhaps they could be propelled by a web of trust or other recommendation.
