Good morning.

We are in an age of incompetence.

The amount of time wasted with insurance companies dealing with my daughter’s car crash (100% other drivers fault thankfully) on 12/21 has been nauseating.

Nearly impossible to get a straight answer from either side after probably spending 10-15 hours on forms and phone calls (of course with a hefty wait time to actually talk to someone).

I’m thinking AI fixes this at some point
