Is there a way to put an audio file in a note? Not something that redirects to YouTube or whatever, but just right into the note?

Fountain.fm app does that with Clips, or at least has a UX for audio aamplea through nostr, I think. Maybe that helps?
Does this mean I have to open a podcast in order to be able to publish clips to fountain.fm? I don’t see any option in the app for uploading content.
You probably could achieve this with converting audio file to Base64, storing the chunks of it on relays and somehow retreive it and play it.
It has been done with images so Audio could be similar
