Arch is very stable, just run stable and LTS kernels. When an update breaks something it's usually a small and easy to fix thing. Migrating a server with Debian can be much more challenging. Ubuntu is a no-go zone, just like manjaro.

Never use it,but a friend told me it's good and it uses arch's repo. Not its own repo like manjaro and other arch based distros.
