That’s tough. El Salvador is heavy FB, WhatsApp, and IG. It’s everywhere and integrated into everything including businesses and government so maybe focusing on how it can help them interact with bitcoin? Or focusing on artistry and growing Nostr??
I was going to zap this note, then say that you can show them how easy it is to receive bitcoin as zaps on notes you send out on Nostr, but then I saw that I was unable to zap you....??
I think you need to create a guide that is easy for everyone to follow and understand by demonstrating it. Define hashtags to build a community. As the community grows, people can help each other. Take a look at the #Siamstr community in Thailand as an example
