It snowed in the meantime. Just today I found the envelope on the ground now that the snow had melted. It didn't just fall out. I had it in there really well. Either my neighbor in our duplex is a nosy racist, which I already suspected, or the mail-person doesn't like Obama and just threw it on the ground. Sadly think it was my neighbor because he used to be really friendly to me until he heard me play rap music, then I ceased to exist. 🫠
