I find running and/or lifting really helps me get out of my slump of emotions.
If I go too many days without exercise, I start to feel much like you do.
Iām not always excited to do it in the moment, but I always feel better afterwards. āš½š«”šŖš½
Yeah always feel better afterwards!
My fave of 2025 was boxing actually. Really grown on me as a sport
