I'd start with Prusa. Pretty good, DIY enough you can fix them, a lot of information on the internet

This?

Yes

Sovol is a better more affordable option than spending ~1.3M sats for someone just getting started.

Nice! Will get this one! Thank you boss

Seconded. My prusa has been a (mostly) worry-free workhorse. One ugly failed print, but I cleaned it off and restarted and kept on just fine.

Been printing & buikding them for almost a decade

Sovol SV06 (Plus is bigger)

- great cheap starter (prusa clone, easy to use & upgrade if you'd like), open source,

- $169.99

Bambi A1 mini

- if you don't mind Chinese spyware, proprietary closed sourced product, great starter machine (You as a nostrich are better than this)

- %199.99

When you're ready I'll help you build a Voron.

Honestly if I was in the market for another printer I'd be looking at either rhe Solvo or Voron.

I loved my Prusa MK2, but there's so many great machines out there I'd like to explore.

I’m pretty sure that I’m going to get the bambu A1, a couple of my friends that print have me talked into it as a good no hassle printer for my non-technical self https://bambulab.com/en-us/a1

The Ender 3 is a fantastic machine, can be modded easily and it's a great price.

I still like prusa. But Bambu seems actually a good option for beginners.
