Long term #Bitcoin will not be fulfilling its full potential if people don’t spend their 🌽

#Bitcoin having a max supply allows it to be a deflationary asset. It’s value in relation to commodities is trending downward, this turns into that hodl mentality. If majority of folk who own Bitcoin only hodl and not spend it, then it’s validity to be a currency is decreased.

nostr:note1jx568d63548hfxntz0qh7nexzksppx90d9u5kqdzjj79f0hepqqqwsc8wd unpopular opinion for #Bitcoin to be a successful currency and provide equitable prosperity distribution, there needs to be a marginal tax on stacks. But hodling only you hurt #Bitcoin adoption not help it. We want to limit the aggregation of power.
