So easily influenced.

• Most people won’t notice, won’t stop to question - if the array of news or events coming at them is important, engineered or true.

• They’re victims of propaganda and gaslighting and victims of their circumstances.

• Most people are oblivious to the aggressive, sophisticated mind control operations taking place on them.

• They have two washing machines at home:

🧺 A clothes washing machine,

📺 And a brain-washing machine (the TV/mainstream media).

So easily distracted.

So easily influenced.

• Slow down. Go inwards. Go to nature.

• Connect to yourself, your feelings are your key to the door of the mind, spirit and energy. Feel them but don’t get attached. Feel them and they shall pass.

• Observe your automatic, pre-existing beliefs. Identify those who limit you. Exercise choosing your beliefs.

• Learn to use your discernment.

• Stay vigilant, critical, questioning.

• Rediscover your intuition and reconnect to your center.

• Remember you have a spine. Redraw your boundaries.

• Open your heart, find compassion, allow yourself to break down, allow yourself to touch the pain, visit the trauma.

• Trust that you will recover and regrow.

• Trust yourself. Love yourself. Fill your space with peace.

• Express yourself and your truth.

• Acknowledge yourself, find your voice.

• If you doubt the power of your voice, just look at what they do to try and silence you.
