I'm not Dr. Jeff, but to those people I say don't buy MSTR if it is over 1 mNAV if you feel the proper value is 1 mNAV.
I would also say, you can be right but the market may behave in ways you wouldn't expect if it disagrees with you.
Oh I think those people are completely wrong and missing the forest for the trees. The market seems to think so too!
