I have a solution to two of the biggest conflicts happening now.

It is a great solution—in fact, I’d even say it is a TREMENDOUS solution.

Somebody tell T-Dawg aka Trump—he will LOVE it. Get him the Nobel Peace prize!

Here goes:

All contested territory between Ukraine and Russia plus a little extra from each side is no longer sovereign to either but is granted to a NEW state—The State of…call it what you want: The Democratic State of Jewishland or Israel 2.0 or whatever.

Current State of Israel granted back to Palestinians.

Palestinians: permit a (just one) Trump resort in exchange for getting back territory.

PROBLEM SOLVED.
