made one. 3 frames, frame change every 10 seconds, file is 300kb. pretty cool.
no idea ab frame rates hehe
i just winged it. used a preexisting colorchanging mash effect, then cut out the interval only showing orange and purple, made it loop in a rewinded way, then tweaked the speed for smooth vibes, then added head back and put a fitting rgb glitch on it
