I started doing coffee in the morning only in recent years because of the wonders it does for my sleep-wake cycle, hydration, and efficacy at bodily and mental tasks. Only about a grande espresso worth, plus a detox day with tea or nothing once in a while: too much is too much.

More coffee is always needed....

Obviously, coffee drinkers have a lower HR (95% CI) than non coffee drinkers. Duh.
