Joinmarket is best. Would love that implemented into sparrow wallet, but I don't think Craig likes joinmarket as many people have asked for that over many years. Even with bounties

I'm afraid you'll have to content yourself with Joinmarket at the moment. It's been around for a long time and is fairly battle-tested but the learning curve is pretty steep and you have to be very cautious. You could be surprised by the fees. I remember back then when I paid dearly over and over again even though I had read the documents very carefully, watched several tutorials and tweaked the config file, but considering the current fee market things can't go that wrong :)
