New technologies change laws and Constitutions.
They have the same rights but different protections.
The fundamental digital right has many names but just one purpose: Enforce all rights digitally. The different names are digital identity (USA), digital integrity (Europe), and virtual personality (Costa Rica).
The first country to start the process of a Digital Constitutional Amendment was Costa Rica, 2004, Law number 15890.
To enforce all rights digitally, the Costa Rican Constitutional Amendment provides five protections:
1. Existence
2. Attention
3. Intentions
4. Data
5. Offline life
• Implement existence with self-sovereign identity.
• Matrix, the movie, is about attention and not about data.
• Shifting the intention economy from FAAMG to Nostr will be the social revolution of the XXI Century.
• Data is already regulated, but Nostr will empower people.
• Offline life becomes more important as time passes by.
