Currently, thinking of figuring out a good nootropic that may help me stay in productive focused mode for a part of my day.

I've liked Qualia mind in the past, though I noticed hairfall during the time I used it that was super concerning. That was a couple of years ago. And it may have just coincided with me actually experiencing long haul "covid" symptom that a lot of women were reporting at the time... but I am slightly hesitant of picking it up again.

Anyone here use nootropics? What's your goto and why?
