Energy vampires are those people in whose presence we feel deprived of energy. As if someone sucked all the vital energy out of us. Usually these people are people with a negative glow who always want something from us, try to lead our lives and give all kinds of advice that does not help us at all.

There are usually people who are always looking for attention but direct it in negative, destructive ways. They have an absorbing, dark aura and always bring up topics that are extremely negative and absorb all our energy.

Now that we know what energetic vampires are and know how to identify them, all we have to do is know how to confront or avoid them. When we have noticed that there are such people in our lives then if we can avoid them, we avoid them but if not, then we must learn to build boundaries. Learning to say No every time they want something from us, knowing that if we offer something the result is always the same.

Everything results in a drama or tragedy. If we meet them on the street and they want us to pay attention to them, to listen to them complaining, we respond promptly and friendly." I'm sorry but I'm busy, I'm in a hurry, I have to go."

This is how we can elegantly avoid energetic vampires. All people have a certain daily energy dose. From the time we wake up in the morning until the evening, our daily energy is limited.

That is why it is very important to direct our energy constructively and the most important thing to invest our energy in what we want and not let ourselves be absorbed by energetic vampires.
