true. thanks. as for applying for jobs, sometimes I don't even think these people look at applications at all. that's why I've been working purely with bounties and completing tasks. I don't understand why more people don't list their issues and just post bounties instead. people applying for jobs especially through Bitcoiner jobs looks like data collection to me. โ๐พ that's just how I feel.
Ill be reposting always jobs if I see someone posting. For the matter of data collection, I dont know. I barely touch the surface knowledge about data so I wont be much of help there. I've only applied for 3 jobs this year... I wanted to start applying for a job each day I gotta craft different resumes for that. 365 applications in one year I'm bound to get lucky

The last thing we want is to spend our time reviewing more CVs. We do it because we must. We use BitcoinerJobs because it works.
We hire full-time roles because serious products and orgs require an owner for all aspects. There's endless work and training endless people to do our work does not scale.
The said, we also have some bounty projects available, but it is all specialized to our stack.
