All the nostr and bitcoin community talk about tallow is great and all, but if youve ever baked with lard or cooked your eggs in bacon grease, you know lard deserves a place in your kitchen.

Wtf are you talking about? If you think pigs are disgusting, youve clesrly never raised them. They dont shit where they eat or sleep, which you can't say for cows or sheep, and goats straight up piss on themselves. If youve seen a pig farm that is "disgusting" that says more about the farmer than the pig.
Not everyone can raise their own animals - Australian pork generally is absolutely disgusting.
Thats bc of the farmers. Pigs are the smartest animals on the farm, including dogs. I use mine as a bean bag when i take naps in the field. Ive invited neighbors over and asked them if they smell anything 2 feet away from the pigs and no one has ever said they did. Destructive, yes, disgusting, no.
