Jokes aside, for this, Relai would need a different type of licence. Right now, your money goes to an account at an exchange and it's immediately exchanged for #Bitcoin, which is, straight away, being sent back to your wallet. Relai isn't touching your money for even a second. If they received cash, they would become a custodian - different rules, including standard KYC would be needed.
