I hate to predict this but Demonrats will strengthen their hold on Maine next year because of Trump's boneheaded pro jewish war mongering politics. Sad but true. There isn't one significant center-right institution in Maine willing to call him on this. And that's because the "heart" of right wing politics here is so dedicated to the jewish revolutionary spirit. Another way to think about this is to appreciate the iron grip bad Christian eschatology has on "conservative" political imaginations.
