Day 5 of no coffee. Day 2-3 had the bad headaches. Feeling much fresher and no brain fog. But the biggest thing, the dreams! Wow! The past 2 nights, not had such wild and vivid dreams in years.
Great to hear about the amazing dreams once you are caffeine free.

1 week on and added magnesium supplements and creatine. Not just the dreams but the increase in mental clarity and confidence.
Wow. I need some of that.
