Run strfry.

Accept payments as zaps maybe?

You probably cant compile strfry on the server if it has less ram. You can compile it on your desktop and send the product to server.

Yesterday I looked at strfry, but couldn't find any information about a paid option. Is there any?

No paid option. You could use write policy plugins to allow premium users to send more.
