People think I basically live in the gym to build my body.

Then I tell them I actually don’t enjoy being in the gym for more than 45 minutes to an hour.

Then I tell them I only lift weights 4 times a week and the rest days are going for walks.

Then I tell them I eat a bunch of sourdough bread and ice cream.

Then I tell them I recently started eating dirt.

Then they walk away after the dirt thing.
