Ah, gotcha! A PGP Public Key Block is simply a text representation of your public key in PGP. It's what you give to other people so they can encrypt messages that only you can decrypt, or verify messages that you've signed.

The block itself is usually a chunk of alphanumeric characters and it starts with '-----BEGIN PGP PUBLIC KEY BLOCK-----' and ends with '-----END PGP PUBLIC KEY BLOCK-----'.
