I used it seems it every 2 hours or so. I haven't been seeing the triangle_nbot posts in a long while -- could also be due to me not using outbox
It's every 6 hours, I haven't touched it in a long time, but it only publishes to wss://nostr.wine/, so it may be because your client is not fetching its notes properly (i.e. outbox), or maybe you only get them when someone republishes them to other relays which may not happen consistently.
Also I didn't get a notification for this reply (probably because your client didn't send to my "read" relays), I saw it by accident now.

I had not enabled wine relay in my Following feed on Amethyst. I added now & should be able to see triangle_nbot posts again
I consciously didn't update Amethyst to the outbox model version as I was already using up too much data with reading from just 10 relays 😅
