Can You Heal Trauma Through Psychedelics?

Matt Blanco and I explore how trauma often shows up as subconscious patterns and limiting beliefs held in the body, not just the mind. Matt explains how plant medicine like ayahuasca works with your body to help you release stored trauma.

I tried to heal trauma with psychedelic for a couple of decades with limited success.

The last time I took mushrooms, I almost killed myself out of utter hopelessness and the unbearable weight of the burdens of the physical and emotional trauma.

I did, however, have an Ayahuasca experience which ultimately led me to Christ. This is where I experienced true healing; beyond what I thought was possible.

Fascinating

Such an individual journey

Ayahuasca can have it's place, but use extreme caution. So many fall into the trap of viewing it as the savior. The end up going to hundreds of 'ceremonies' with little to no outward evidence of any lasting or meaningful change.
