I’m in Da Nang where the yanks had a massive base. Don’t think they used agent orange here, but they did fly it out from here..

Yes, I read about the base. Isn't the intl. airport at this place now? I visited Da Nang around 20 years ago. Couldn't really explore the place because it was raining heavily for days and a storm was approaching, so I left. Fascinating country you chose to live.
Yep that’s right, it’s now the Da Nang International Airport. It’s not fancy but it’s one of the best airports I’ve ever used - not too many flights so you never have to wait long departing or arriving, 15 minute taxi to practically anywhere in the city, and routes right across Vietnam and SE Asia for cheap. Only thing it lacks is better connections direct to China.
Da Nang is a bit of a sleeper city. Only 1.2M people but it will likely organically double in 15-20 years. Tons of opportunity here
