We wanted Zeus users to be able to easily create channel backups. We didn't want to deal with iCloud and Google Cloud. We also didn't want noobs to have to set up their server with something like Nextcloud or WebDAV. So we built our own channels backup service into our LSP, Olympus.

Auth is done with signatures from your lightning node.

Backups are encrypted using your seed phrase.

It's coming in Zeus v0.8.0 along with our new in-app embedded node and 0-conf channel service.
