Abs and sides of my neck muscles are sore today.

#ProofOfWork of the 20 minutes pilates and 10 minutes yoga with breathwork I did yesterday.

While I was doing it, the most soreness came from the lymphs around my neck and behind my ears. Strange thing.

But I won't tell you it was so hard that I almost puked twice (probably shouldn't have drunk water right before) and then cried (totally believe it's "Body Keeps The Score" type of emotional release) in the end.

That then brought out all the negative thoughts about myself in my head for the rest of the day. 😆

Today is a better emotional day.
