it's sickness

i do look older now but last time someone picked my age they said 38 and i'm 10 years older

last year at some points when i was really ill i felt like i was looking like 50 already

sudden changes in facial skin and fat and muscle tone are all signs of illness

i still look younger than my age tho, and always will, because there's something weird about my genetics
