About the cannon fodder, no i don't think so. Russia is not soviet union and they also had a population decline since 1991 after the collapse. Moreover they don't want to have big losses of personnel like they did in world war two. That's why they conduct the war the way they do. Yes they can deploy more soldiers than Ukraine, but that's it.

What i don't know is who will pay more in such a situation. Will USA bleed more financially or Russia?

Both are suffering and it looks like there's intent to ensure the suffering continues for a decade more. The CCP must be laughing behind closed doors.

The military industrial complex surely prefers prolonging the war because that means more profits.

They definitely don't want to have a higher casualty rate than Ukraine. But, a circumstance like that may perhaps make them more willing to use nuclear weapons. I doubt they would as that would grant them no long-term benefits. Not to mention that radiation spread would be so vast that they would infuriate neighboring European countries. That would only incentivize them unite against them. But... I can only guess. I know that they are not afraid to launch nukes. They have threatened countries with nuclear weapons much more than people believe. Honestly, there doesn't seem to be anywhere near enough financial transparency to conceive an accurate estimate of who will suffer more. Personally, I believe the U.S. But, who knows? They're all insane!

The reality is that the U.S (and the U.K. is not all too different) wins no matter what. They don't care about their debt. As long as they're in power they can fabricate whatever details they want when it comes inflation matters. The only reason they're helping Ukraine is because Russia is a significant geopolitical enemy and they have access to extremely large amounts of natural resources that they wish to get their hands on.

It's all about property. That's all.

It always was.

Well if USA wants hegemony and they lose that, they lose. And hegemony goes hand to hand with the dollar global reserve currency thing. I heard, don't know if true, that Trump's economic advisors think already to sanction countries that will stop using the dollar in their transactions. So, USA and UK can lose clearly, i think.

The US sanctioning the nations not using the USD would be huge if it happened. It would be interesting to see how that goes for them. If the other countries see the US using its position as hegemony to give themselves a truly obvious unfair advantage over others they could react in very interesting ways. 🤔

Could perhaps just be an idle threat.

Or an appeal to the nationalists to vote for him.

Also a possibility.

I didn't hear that about Trump. I don't know. Everything is a disaster at this point. I can say this with absolute certainty: no one really "wins" in a war.

I mean if you believe Smedley, the bankers, military industrial complex and political parasites win by sending the plebs to fight and die for them... 🤷🏽‍♀️

Here it is guys

I think that it could be considered as an escalation towards some kind of global war...

🤔 Messing with the sovereignty of other nations could well start WW3. I'm so over sanctions, they're just a way to make war on the populations of other nations, and also serve to make your own citizens poorer.

How they say it? Havoc outside, misery inside?

Let's stop talking about war.

Yes. Let's hope that all wars will end soon.

I mean after something like that, you have two clear camps. Those against us and those with us.
