I was just trying to look that up lol. Sounds like it’s similar to probation in the US. Basically, if he’s a good boy for the next 2 years he won’t physically do jail time. If he fucks up during that 2 years then he will have to actually go to jail. Too bad they don’t seize his passport.

He was a no-show yesterday, because he stayed in Thailand (presumably). He attended the sentencing today over video. They should have recognized him as a flight risk months ago, from the moment everyone could see he was going to get his clock cleaned in the COPA case.
CSW has this ability to exhaust the legal system of whatever jurisdiction he is in, to the point where they are mostly fine letting him be a turd in some other country's court system. Australia should have extradited him on tax evasion years ago, but they didn't, giving him license to financially and legally harass people across the world.
