My Equifax account suddenly fails login (and gives me a number to call during specific hours) when I want to freeze my credit, but the Account tab still takes me to a page where I can change my password, email, and phone number.

Clearly the login happened. There's only an issue when I want to freeze the money maker. Convenient.
