⚡️💰 ICYMI - Warren Buffett has just sold another $6.1 billion worth of shares...

We're talking about $184 billion liquidated over three years.

He now has record cash reserves: $382 billion, or 57% of his total portfolio!

He hasn't bought back any shares for five consecutive quarters...

If Berkshire's stock is down 12% since the announcement of his retirement, while the S&P 500 is up 20%, it is also and above all because he has all this uninvested cash.

if this is legit then whoa 😳

It's not, it's Berkshire Hathaway not Warren himself

I know

Then what's the big deal? Corporations have had large cash reserves for a long time

Just a lot of cash to have sitting in the sidelines when things continue to inflate, also makes you wonder if they know something and are preparing to buy on a discount.

True, Berkshire do be saving up for those discount buys

Yup

So... What happens if Buffet gets orange pilled?

I wrote about that here (basically the whole second half of the article)

It's not happening, ever, imo. Buffet is too stubborn to change his mind.

That's Berkshire Hathaway's cash reserve, not Warren Buffett's personal accounts. Your reporting is getting worse lately
