I have hundreds of reports on my account. People can report you. Get used to it. Relays and client applications can review that information and use it in any way they see fit. If it's not a valid report they just ignore it.

Yep. That's real freedom. Anyone can report. Anyone can see those reports. If they are not fair, reporter's will be punished by people (by not following them, etc). You can also message or report them back. No one controls what reports do, it's for each user to decide if they are fair or not.
