I only have Android but should be the relay info. Perhaps placeholder. #Damus users can tell you.

It will display an “i” if there is information about the relay available. ? I would assume to be no info available. Looks like you may be missing part of the bitcoiner.social relay.

The plain bitcoiner.social displays just the ? for me as well, but Nostr.bitcoiner.social allows for seeing info.

NIP-11 relay document explains this one. So yeah these may just be missing a doc
