Hard one, indeed! We could probably follow email lead and just have some sort of reputation score that user can chose the threshold of. Maybe Ben have a special DNS service to return it based on npub. 🐶🐾🫡

Yeah I was thinking of something similar to the way that email spam is dealt with and that could maybe include using some sort of DNS rbl.
