The other day we were invited to a special type of dinner in a stunning spot. We went to harvest each their own potatoes in the fields, fried them ourselves in home-made olive oil, and had them with home-grown vegetables from the garden.

The purest type of ingredients, many directly from soil to plate. It felt so rich in taste and experience. So simple at the same time. People from 100 years back would be like "Yeah sure, how else to eat?" But for our generations, who are largely disconnected from nature, it's a sweet re-discovery of the wealth of life 🙏🏼
