🚨Taiwan 🇹🇼: A US warship and a Canadian warship sailed through the Taiwan Strait this Saturday (9), the US Navy published.

The U.S. Navy's 7th Fleet reported that the guided-missile destroyer USS Ralph Johnson and Canada's HMCS Ottawa conducted a "routine" transit "through waters where freedoms of navigation and high-sea overflight apply under the law International".

China's military condemned the transit, accusing the ships of carrying out "public exaggerations" in the strait, which separates Taiwan from China.
