haha... he paid me to do work that got me through a very tight spot back in december before i picked up work with hubmakerlabs

i know his sop quite well... i helped build a little of his infrastructure so i'm good, i wouldn't be so keen to use his services otherwise... i can do it myself but it's less time for me to spend on it if i just pay my buddy to do it anyhow, and i think mostly it's automatic, just may need a few bits of support
