I started doing min 10k steps a day to try and burn off the rest of my belly fat. 4 days in and I’m starting to get ball rash. Haha should I get body glide or does anyone know of another solution?

I wear compression shorts, works like a charm.

If you have some Vaseline it’s a good substitute for body glide, but I’ve never personally used it.

Compression shorts pr briefs/boxer briefs. Body glide and walking during morning hours when it’s coolest outside can help too.

Now we’re talking. I could just hammer dance sideways all 10k steps. 😂

During exercise, apply coconut oil to your balls. After your workout, coat them with egg yolk and sunbathe those nuts.
