I must say I am not deep into the tech quantum computing or even coding and therefore I cannot proove you wrong on your statement here. Maybe you have insights I dont have… we are all learning all the time arent we?
What I will say though…
- in the last years I have gone deep into of all kind of alternative world views and scenarios incl. Breakaway Civilizations with unimaginable technology advancements, pyramids, financial and societal collapses of all kind. And so on… my summary today is: These world views had at times put FEAR way too much in the front of my daily thoughts which led me to probably not the best experience of life and also kind of more loneliness. I am still happy that I took this time and it was interesting af :)
- I recently have heard a couple of ressources like on nostr:npub1sk7mtp67zy7uex2f3dr5vdjynzpwu9dpc7q4f2c8cpjmguee6eeq56jraw podcast or nostr:npub1s33sw6y2p8kpz2t8avz5feu2n6yvfr6swykrnm2frletd7spnt5qew252p about the quantum risk in particular and I found it reasonable enough not too worry too much.
- Lastly „Bitcoin“, the movement and everything around it I somehow managed to ignore during the years and since I found it I also took a real deep dive .
It gives much more hope than fear. And I believe its reasonable.
From what I know I can only say that its the best shot we as humanity have so far and I therefore dont share your fears. I am kind of done with fears and want to trust the universe, god, mother earth or however you want to call it. I am of course also not saying to only go Bitcoin 100% trustless and without challenging it. And i also believe its never wrong to seek for nature, food, shelter and community but I dont take the „fear“ part of Quantum and EMP risk right now.
