Can you "own" an idea like, f'rinstance, "the wheel?"🤔🧐❔

IMNSHO, *no*, but I do believe in "honor where honor is due" (please see Romans 13:7). At the VERY least, you are due recognition as author/originator of your work.

And (especially now that we have a growing number of communication and micropayment tools) add to that V4V (Value For Value), aka a "gift economy."

If you have benefited from another's invention, and to the degree you are able, strongly consider reciprocating with a 100% VOLUNTARY expression of gratitude for the author/creator's contributions to the well-being and advancement of his fellow man.🙏🏻😁💜🫂💖😆👍
